Throwback Thursday: 5 AS Roma Kits Under $65

In honor of Nike run with AS Roma coming to an end, we look back at some of our favorite kits for this week’s Throwback Thursday. There’s no word of who will take over as the kit manufacture, with rumors of a nostalgic return Kappa to Diadora floating around. However, now might be the perfect time to snap up some future classics. They’re all available from CFS and you can save 10% off using the code THETHIRDKIT2020.

SMALL

One of our favorite kits from the Nike era, this 2016/17 Away kit was worn during Francesco Totti’s final season with Roma. The off-white colored shirt pair with the team’s color and alternative logo makes for the perfect design that’ll be coveted for years to come. Snap it up by clicking here.

MEDIUM

Roma fans will remember this kit from last season as the Italian club debuted a new design with shirt sponsor Qatar Airways and a chainmail armor pattern on the front. While it was a turbulent year for Roma in the 2018/19 season, the kit impressed for connecting with the city’s roots and putting an interesting spin on a classic style. If you’re looking to scoop up this shirt, you can still get it here.

LARGE

There’s no denying Roma’s track record when it comes to Third shirts and producing iconic releases. The 2018/19 Third kit is no different in bright and bold yellow. Once again Roma incorporated a map of the city which is a unique way to bring elements of the capital to their shirts. It will definitely go down as one of their more special Nike kits and is available here.

X-LARGE

Finishing off our list is Roma’s 2015/16 Home shirt, a season in which they finished third in the Serie A and defeated by Real Madrid in the Round of 16 during the Champions League. The Home kit features beautiful color blocking inspired by the club’s colors and mimicked other Nike templates with its two tone design with bold yellow accents. Get it while you can by purchasing it here.
