Release Round-Up September 10th: Chelsea FC & Arsenal & More

The bold Third kit releases continue with new looks out of England and Spain. We’ve seen our fair share of designs this season with plenty to love and hate, but time will only tell where these kits rank at the end of the year.

Starting things off today is Chelsea’s new Third shirt. Chelsea’s kits for the 2020/21 season have been hit and miss with this particular shirt said to be the worst of the bunch. With Crystal Palace already taking a dig at Chelsea for this design, Nike’s Third shirts have been modeled after some of their classic sneakers such as the “Ultramarine” Air Max 180. Whatever the inspiration, Chelsea fans might not be sold on the color scheme. It is now available here.

Arsenal hasn’t been shy about using eye-catching prints for the coming season and their Third shirt falls right in line. The base features dark blue with a tie-dye pattern as they attempt to make this more of a street-ready shirt. Pink accents complement the dark aesthetic with pops of color on the side stripes and branding. Get it just in time for the start of the 2020/21 season by purchasing it here.

The last of the Third kit releases comes from Atletico Madrid, one that’s surely going to be hard to miss. Mixing bright yellow and black accents, this kit sports a streaky pattern as if the fluorescent color scheme wasn’t enough. It’s definitely bold for Atletico fans, but we’ll see how that translates to their performance on the pitch. Add it to your collection by picking it up here.
